Two markets, one gap in who can overrule the model.

Of 3,748 AI-central US-based specs we’re tracking, 2,224 say nothing about who can overrule the model, 59.3%. In the UK, 347 of 755 say nothing, 46.0%. Same measure, same week, as at 14 September 2026.

Sector mix is part of this. The United States base is led by technology and the United Kingdom's by financial services, and financial services leaves the question unanswered less often than any other sector on record. How much of the gap that explains, the pack cannot yet say.

Every one of those specs will be read by someone deciding whether to apply. None of them says what happens when the model is wrong.
