Where does your organisation sit in its cohort?
Every live and closed job specification we hold for your organisation, read on the four tests, placed against your sector cohort, delivered as a stamped reading.
As at 14 September 2026 the record holds 24,944 live specifications from 217 employers, each scored on four tests: whether the person works with the model, whether they can overrule it, whether they own its output, and which decisions stay with them.
Within two working days of payment you receive scope confirmation: the count of specifications the reading covers and the cohort it is placed in. If we hold fewer than eight specifications for your organisation, the same email carries an upload link; send eight or more of your own and the three days run from receipt. They are used only for your reading and never enter the public record.

- 01Within two working days you receive scope confirmation: the count of specifications the reading covers and the cohort it is placed in. If we hold fewer than eight, the same email carries the upload link. If your organisation is inside a notice window, it carries a refund and the cohort reading instead.
- 02Within three working days of your confirmation (or your upload), the reading arrives as a PDF with its source line, and the add-on order form.
- 03If you’ve added the readout, we book it within the same three days. The reading is yours to circulate; the pseudonym key, if you add the names, is not.

AI is in the title at the manager grade, and the role scores two of four. The specification describes how the person works with the model, and names who can overrule it. It never says who owns its output, or which decision is the person's to hold. How is a Diagnostic scored?
On the same four tests as the public Index, by the same model, on the same definition, stated on the cover. The reading carries its population, basis, and freeze date on every page.
What if we hold fewer than eight of your specifications?
Send eight or more of your own. We score every one, place you in your cohort, and the three working days run from receipt. Your specifications are used only for your reading and never enter the public record. The reading is evidenced at 30 or more specifications and directional at 8 to 29; the cover says which.
Who sees our reading?
You. Nothing on the public site names an employer against a figure. In the base reading your peers appear as labelled pseudonyms, and they are named only if you add them.
Can we buy the readout without the reading?
The readout and the executive session are added to the reading, not sold instead of it. Both are priced on the register. Register
