Who does what
Every task, its owner and its hours, tested for removal first.

They're adopting AI faster than they are redesigning the roles, decisions, and learning systems around it. AI saves your people time, and when you redesign the work, you can redeploy it.
Why the redesign starts inside the jobs your people already hold.
AI is saving your team hours every week, but where do those hours go?
BCG asked nearly 12,000 people and found that 66% still receive limited or no guidance on what to do with the time they save, and more than half say that they aren’t reinvesting that time into more strategic work.
The value of AI depends on how much time you can redeploy to the tasks that drive business outcomes, that only a human can do.
I’m Joseph Tague. I’m a marketer by trade, with experience both in-house and on the agency side at global brands. I built a workforce intelligence platform that analyses how companies are redesigning their organisations around AI, and the skills people need to stay ahead.
Since April, it’s read over 100,000 job ads from more than 300 employers, alongside what their executives say and what the filings show.
Most AI work has landed inside established jobs, and that’s where the redesign needs to happen. The job title stays, the tool gets added, but the work doesn’t change. The task moved, but the role didn’t.
The platform powers the workshop. By the time we meet, I already know your sector and your function: what teams like yours hire for, and where AI already sits in their roles. So we start from the market and what good looks like, not just a blank whiteboard.
I then take a workflow with the people who run it. Task by task, we decide who does what, where the decision lives, what moves to AI, and who is accountable for what the model produces. At 30 days, we check where the time went, on the metrics that drive your business.
I run every workshop myself, so spaces are limited. Join the waitlist, and you’ll be the first to know when the space is available.
We redesign your workflows around AI with the people who run them, one task at a time. I run every workshop myself, so there are only two a month. The waitlist sees the dates first.
We use these details to contact you about the workshop, and for nothing else. Privacy

How does the team use AI in it today?
When the team saves time, where does it go?
When would you want to run it?
We use your answers to prepare the session. They never become a published figure.

I am a marketer by trade. I worked with some of these brands in-house, on the client side, and with others from the agency side. I have built full-stack marketing and strategy functions from scratch and shipped AI products. I redesign work around AI, and build the systems that run it.

Verellax reads the job specifications employers publish. Most of the roles that put AI at the centre of the work are jobs the market already had, so the redesign starts inside the jobs your people already hold.

In the room, the people who run each workflow answer four questions for every task. The answers decide which tasks move to AI, who decides, and where the saved time goes.
01
Every task, its owner and its hours, tested for removal first.
02
Who approves, who can overrule the model, and who answers for its output.
03
AI helps where a person decides, and AI does the task where the rules are clear.
04
The briefs, guardrails and examples your team writes down, so AI produces usable work, not generic work.
Why context matters
For every task that moves, the room records the briefs, guardrails, examples and decision rules the model needs. Your team writes them down, and each workflow adds to a shared context library. Without it, AI produces work that looks finished but has to be redone.
We prepare with you, redesign in the room, present back within five to ten working days, and check your metrics at 30 days. Everything you keep stays yours, and the fee comes off Workflow redesign if you commission it within 60 days.
Four steps in every format
Before the session
A 30-minute call or a short question pack, and a light read of your sector and function.
You get the business drivers each workflow moves, and the workflows in scope.
Two hours, a half day or a full day
One, two or four workflows, task by task, with the people who run them.
You get every task allocated, with its owner, its decision rights and the context it needs.
Within five to ten working days
The redesigned workflows, presented back to the people who were in the room.
You keep the workflows, the redeployment target, the context brief and the method.
Included in every format
Your own metrics, read against the baseline.
You see whether the time moved, on the metrics you already track.
Three formats
Every format runs the same four steps. The difference is how many workflows you bring, and how far the redesign goes.
One workflow · two hours
Learn the method on one workflow, sketched at the task level.
Two workflows · half a day
Move the time: two workflows redesigned in full, trigger to outcome.
Four workflows · a full day
Take it across teams: the workflows, an hour with the leadership team, the sequence for what comes next, and an internal lead trained to run it.
Choose your first two workflows, and join the waitlist.
Three ways to work with us, depending on what you already know. The workshop is where Redesign starts, with the people who run the work.
Where does the market sit, and where do we?
The Verellax Index reads the AI-central roles the market publishes, every quarter, free. The Diagnostic reads yours from your public record, before you share any data.
What would it take to close the gap?
It starts with the workshop. Workflow redesign then runs the method across the team, one workflow at a time, and builds your context library as it goes.
Who keeps it true?
We wire the redesigned workflows into your systems, turn your context into shared skills, and train your people to hold the decisions.
Where will the time your people save next quarter go?
